The challenge

The maker sold beautifully but priced each item in isolation, so shoppers bought one thing and left. There was no reason on the page to add the matching bowl, the second candle, or the gift set.

The solution

We reorganized the catalog around rooms and rituals rather than product categories, added curated sets with a small bundle incentive, and put the maker's process front and center on every product page. Cross-sell suggestions were paired by hand, not by algorithm.

The outcome

Average order value rose 65 percent within two months. The curated sets became the top entry point for new customers, and repeat purchase rate improved along with it.
