The challenge

The nonprofit did serious work but asked for donations through a clunky third-party page that broke on phones and demanded too many fields. Most donors bounced before finishing, and the annual campaign leaned entirely on a few big checks.

The solution

We rebuilt the site around a single clear story of impact, embedded a fast donation flow with suggested amounts and one-tap recurring giving, and made the whole thing work on a phone in a few taps. Every page ended with a specific, honest ask.

The outcome

Online giving rose 120 percent year over year. Recurring donors, who had been a rounding error, became a real base, and the campaign stopped depending on a handful of major gifts.
