The challenge
The restaurant took reservations by phone during service, which meant a ringing phone in the middle of dinner and a booking book no one could see from home. The old site was a PDF menu and a phone number.
The solution
We built a fast single-page site with real-time booking, a menu the kitchen updated from one spreadsheet, and a private events inquiry form. The whole thing loaded in under two seconds on a phone.
The outcome
Bookings rose 45 percent in the first month, most of them made outside service hours. The phone stopped interrupting dinner, and private event inquiries became a steady second channel.
What was delivered
The phone used to ring right when the room was full. Now people book themselves at midnight and we just cook.
