The challenge
The retreat was a serene place run through a chaotic booking process. Guests called or emailed to check availability, waited days for a reply, and often booked a competitor in the meantime. The site did not reflect the experience at all.
The solution
We built a calm, image-led site with a real-time booking engine for rooms and treatments, gift card purchasing, and a pre-arrival questionnaire that let the spa personalize each stay. Availability was live, so no one waited on a human to confirm.
The outcome
Online reservations rose 80 percent within three months. The pre-arrival questionnaire lifted treatment add-ons, and gift cards became a strong revenue line over the holidays.
