The challenge
Most of the brand's traffic came from Instagram on a phone, but the site had been designed on a desktop for a desktop. Images cropped badly, the menu buried collections, and mobile checkout asked for too much.
The solution
We rebuilt the storefront around the phone first, with a swipe-driven lookbook, a sticky add to cart, and a wallet-based checkout that removed most of the typing. Desktop inherited the mobile decisions rather than the other way around.
The outcome
Mobile conversion improved 2.8 times after launch. The lookbook became the most visited page on the site, and cart abandonment on phones fell sharply.

Ninety percent of our customers shop from bed on their phone. Now the site actually knows that.
