The challenge
The brand sold timepieces priced in the thousands through a template store that loaded slowly and flattened every product into the same grid. Buyers browsed, added to cart, then abandoned at checkout because nothing on the site matched the confidence of the product in hand.
The solution
We rebuilt the store on a custom Shopify theme with a slower, deliberate browsing rhythm, full-bleed product films, and a checkout stripped down to three steps. Each piece got its own editorial page with provenance, movement detail, and a concierge contact option.
The outcome
Conversion tripled within the first eight weeks of launch. Average time on a product page nearly doubled, and the concierge option now drives a meaningful share of the most expensive sales.
